2.1 Camera Data

Our App uses your device's camera to detect body poses and count exercise repetitions (push-ups and squats) using on-device AI pose detection. This camera data is processed entirely on your device in real-time and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server. No images or video are saved at any time.

2.2 Screen Time Data

The App uses Apple's Screen Time API (FamilyControls framework) to manage app blocking on your device. The selection of which apps you choose to block is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. Apple's Screen Time framework is designed with privacy in mind — we cannot see which specific apps you have selected, only anonymized tokens.

2.3 Exercise and Usage Data

Your exercise data (repetition counts, minutes earned) is stored locally on your device using a local database. This data is not transmitted to external servers and is not linked to your identity.

2.4 Subscription Information

Subscription purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We use RevenueCat as a subscription management platform. RevenueCat receives an anonymous user identifier to manage your subscription status. We do not collect your name, email address, or payment information. 2.5 Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we do not collect:

• No personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• No photos or videos from your camera
• No location data
• No contacts or address book data
• No browsing history
• No analytics or tracking data
• No advertising identifiers

3. How We Use Your Information

The minimal data we process is used solely to:

• Count your exercise repetitions in real-time using on-device pose detection
• Track your earned screen time minutes locally
• Manage app blocking preferences on your device
• Verify your subscription status

4. Data Storage and Security

All your personal data (exercise history, app preferences, settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store user data. Your subscription status is managed through Apple and RevenueCat using anonymous identifiers only.

5. Third-Party Services

Our App uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat — for subscription management using anonymous user IDs. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

6. Children's Privacy

SweatToSocials is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since our App does not collect personal information from any user, there is no risk of children's data being collected or misused.

7. Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data. Subscription records are maintained by Apple and RevenueCat in accordance with their respective policies.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete all App data by uninstalling the application
• Revoke camera access at any time through your device's Settings
• Revoke Screen Time access at any time through your device's Settings
• Cancel your subscription at any time through Apple's subscription management

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
