How does SweatToSocials count my exercises?

SweatToSocials uses your device’s camera with on-device AI pose detection to track your body movements in real-time. No images or video are ever saved or sent anywhere.

Why isn’t the camera detecting my exercises properly?

Make sure your full body is visible, the room is well-lit, and avoid very baggy clothing.

How do I block apps?

Grant Screen Time access, then tap “+” to select apps. Free: 1 app; Premium: unlimited.

Why does the app need Screen Time access?

Screen Time access (via Apple’s FamilyControls) is required to block apps. SweatToSocials only receives anonymous tokens.

Why do I need a device passcode?

Apple requires a device passcode for Screen Time features. Go to Settings → Face ID & Passcode.

What’s the difference between Free and Premium?

7-day free trial. After: $1.99/month. Quarterly ($4.99/3mo) or yearly ($12.99/yr) plans available.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → SweatToSocials → Cancel Subscription.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple’s refund process.

Is my data private?

Yes. All data is processed on-device. We collect no personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Manage Your Subscription

To manage or cancel your subscription:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select SweatToSocials
  5. Choose a new plan or tap Cancel Subscription
