By downloading, installing, or using SweatToSocials ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
SweatToSocials is a fitness and screen time management application that allows users to earn screen time by completing physical exercises (push-ups and squats). The App uses on-device camera-based pose detection to count exercise repetitions and Apple's Screen Time API to manage app access on your device.
The App is available to users of all ages. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent before using the App. The App requires an Apple device running a compatible version of iOS.
SweatToSocials does not require you to create an account. All data is stored locally on your device. An anonymous identifier may be used by our subscription management provider (RevenueCat) to manage your subscription status.
SweatToSocials offers a free tier that allows users to block one app and access core exercise tracking features.
The Premium subscription unlocks the ability to block unlimited apps. Premium is available as a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription. A free trial period may be offered to eligible users.
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will take effect at the beginning of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Your continued use of the App after the price change constitutes your agreement to the new price.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

Important: SweatToSocials is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Before beginning any exercise program, you should consult with your healthcare provider. You use the App and perform exercises at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or physical harm that may result from performing exercises while using the App. Always exercise within your physical capabilities and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
SweatToSocials uses Apple's Screen Time API to manage app blocking. We do not guarantee that app blocking will function perfectly in all circumstances. The effectiveness of app blocking depends on your device settings, iOS version, and Apple's Screen Time framework. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from apps being blocked or unblocked.
Our AI-based pose detection system strives for accuracy but is not perfect. Exercise counts may occasionally be inaccurate due to factors such as lighting conditions, camera angle, clothing, or body positioning. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in repetition counting.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of SweatToSocials and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SweatToSocials shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
